On the third floor, the attic provides the opportunity for storage, a huge-walk in closet, den, office, playroom, or even a fourth bedroom! In addition to the interior upgrades, a new shed in the fenced-in yard was installed last fall. Adjacent to the shed is an area for off-street parking that can be accessed from the alley that runs behind the house. Around the front, the porch was rebuilt last summer with new mahogany decking, new joists, lattice, trim.
