The kitchen is newer and cabinets, countertops and appliances appear to be in very good shape but in need of cleaning. There were many cats in the home and a very strong cat smell throughout still lingers. Much of the laminate flooring is damaged and will need to be replaced. Most of the non-laminate flooring is hardwood and at least some of those will need replacement or at minimum need to be redone. Deodorizing and sanitizing even after floors are removed will be significant. There is an obvious step crack at the rear window on the right side basement wall leading to a small horizontal crack at the mortar joint along most of that basement wall which will likely need to be addressed. The main plumbing line is showing signs of corrosion at the main fitting below the 1/2 bath. A few personal items will be removed prior to closing but home will convey mostly as you see it today so buyer will be responsible for clean-out and disposal. Buyer will be responsible for all repairs including obtaining CO and any other approvals for settlement.
