Fondly called the Geddes-Adams house by the current owners who lovingly redesigned and rebuilt this home in 2007, this is a modern home with carefully preserved historic features. All of the wood flooring on the first floor is believed to be original dating back to the mid 1800's. A large addition was added at the same time the home was redesigned, so original flooring from the second floor was thoughtfully preserved and brought down to be used in the first floor addition to match. The gourmet kitchen and dining for 10+ is in the rear of the home and connects to the back patio through both a sunroom and a Butler's Pantry.
